BN Historians is very closely associated with BNAPS - the group who rescued the oldest surving BN-2 Islander from Puerto Rico in 2000. It is now fully restored and displayed at the Wight Military & Heritage Museum, Cowes, Isle of Wight.

The Museum is open daily - check here for details.

In addition, there are opportunities for getting involved with operation of our “Islander Experience” flight simulator, based upon the fuselage section of Islander VQ-SAC that once operated in the Seychelles, and to be part of the engineering and management team restoring our latest aircraft acquisition the Britten Sheriff G-FRJB.

Join the BNAPS Supporters Club and help keep G-AVCN in pristine condition. Other activities include organising special events, merchandise sales, fundraising, BNAPS Supporters Club Members also receive BNAPS News Review as a digital download four times a year.  All donations made to BNAPS will be used by the charity to further our charitable aims.
